FAQ
Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload?
A: The maximum file size depends on your subscription tier. Free users can upload files up to 10MB. Pro users can handle files up to 100MB.
Q: Are my PDFs stored on the server?
A: No. All uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. Your documents never leave the processing pipeline.
Q: Can I merge more than 10 PDFs at once?
A: Yes, there is no limit to the number of PDFs you can merge in a single operation.
Q: What format should I use for page ranges?
A: Use comma-separated values and ranges. Examples: "1-5" (pages 1 through 5), "1,3,5" (pages 1, 3, and 5), or "1-3,7,10-15" (pages 1-3, 7, and 10-15).
